Diamonds International Canada (DICAN) Limited is a Yellowknife-based firm that was chosen to be Canada's first federal government diamond valuator.

DICAN is a partnership between Aboriginal Diamonds Group Limited (ADG) and WWW International Diamond Consultants Limited (WWW)(www.diamondwww.com).

ADG holds 51 per cent of DICAN ownership while WWW holds 49 per cent. ADG is one third owned by Kitikmeot Corporation, Denton' Cho Corporation, and the TLiCho Investment Corporation.
 
Kitikmeot Corporation was instrumental in establishing the Aboriginal Diamonds Group Ltd. to pursue opportunities in the emerging NWT secondary diamond industry.
 
WWW is a privately-owned British corporation composed of a team of rough diamond valuators and rough diamond industry consultants and specialists.
 
WWW provides its technical expertise and management experience to DICAN on an exclusive basis. DICAN arranges for a transfer of technical knowledge and abilities to Canadians in general and members of ADG in particular. Canadian administration of DICAN is handled by the principals of ADG.
 
DICAN was awarded the Canadian Government Diamond Valuation contract for Canada's first-ever producing diamond mine - BHPs' Ekati diamond mine north of Yellowknife. DICAN is the Canadian government diamond valuator for Nunavut and the NWT.
